Are you cancelling due to the Coronavirus?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we‘ve made the difficult decision to no longer have the in-person wedding we were planning. Instead, we will be streaming our special day via Zoom. This allows for us to have the best of both worlds. Unfortunately, there was no other way to keep all of our guests safe and socially distant.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a discounted hotel room rate [Final Rate TBD] at the Kinley Hotel in Downtown Cincinnati. To book your stay under our discount code, please email our guest concierge Ashley Scalia | ascalia@vhghotels.com. Our discount rate at The Kinley will continue to lower depending on market rate, our contact has assured us our rate will be lower than anything else available and the $149/night is not fixed.

When is the cut-off for booking a hotel room within the wedding block?

Answer

Due to the uncertainty of the Coronavirus, the discount rate has been extended.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue (The Cincinnati Club). There is free parking available in the parking garaged attached to the venue. The hotel is just two crosswalks away, so [weather permitting] you are a short walk away.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The bride and groom respectfully request that this be an adults-only event. While we love your children, this New Year’s bash is suitable only for adults.
