Yes, Overnight parking is allowed. The car needs to be picked from the parking before 11am the next day.

Yes but its not the best, renting a car or uber is the easiest way to go around.

Can I drink without counting my drinks intake? Is there transport available to get me back to my bed?

Yes, transportation will be available from the wedding venue to the main drop-off locations in the city and recommended hotel
