Ed and Lu's favorite winery in the area. Take a picnic lunch with you and buy a bottle at the winery. Then just find a table and chair and enjoy the afternoon.
Ravens Roost Overlook
This is a must-see stop while on the mountain. Alex and Kevin's engagement photos were taken here. The view at sundown is amazing!
Bold Rock Hard Cider
If hard cider is your thing, you must try this place!
Humpback Rocks Visitor Center and Picnic Area
Amazing views right on the Blueridge Parkway.
Devils Backbone Brewing Company
A great place to hang out to try the local brews during the day but even better at night. There is usually live music at the fire pit and several outside bars, so don't be concerned about the large crowds.
