We’ve reserved a discounted room block for our wedding guests. Please reach out to Riley at (651) 230-0496 to request additional rooms based on availability. A room brochure with photos is available for reference. Occupancy: Triple and quadruple occupancy rooms are available for an additional $30 per person, per night for the 3rd and 4th guest. Additional charges: Discounted resort fee: $18.50/night (normally $37) Hawaii sales tax: 18% (applies to room rate + resort fee) Discounted valet parking: $24.50/night if parking (normally $49) Email dmo@wayfinderwaikiki.com to request porterage if needed @ $8.38 per person (roundtrip) for luggage assistance. Group rates are available up to 3 days before and after the main wedding dates, based on availability. Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM Bell staff can store luggage for early arrivals or late departures. Payment & Cancellation Policy (strict): At booking: 1 night room & tax (non-refundable) 60 days prior: 50% of remaining balance (non-refundable) 30 days prior: Final balance charged (non-refundable) We recommend using a travel or flexible credit card. To extend your stay beyond 7/31–8/4, book the group dates first, then email the hotel manager, David Mo (dmo@wayfinderwaikiki.com), and mention the Stichter/Powell Wedding Group to adjust the dates, or reach out to Riley for help. Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

August 2, 2026 3:15 pm - 5:30 pm

Shuttle service will be provided for guests from Wayfinder Waikiki to the ceremony location (approximately 45 minutes away). Following the ceremony, shuttles will return guests to Waikiki for the reception at Tiki’s Grill & Bar. After the reception, guests may walk (approximately 13 minutes) or take a short Uber ride back to their hotel.
