Kakaʻako Farmers Market

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Ranked the #3 Best Farmers Market in the USA by USA Today in 2025, the Kakaʻako Farmers Market is one of the best spots on Oʻahu to experience local food and small businesses. The market is free to attend and features a huge variety of vendors including fresh tropical fruit, local coffee, açaí bowls, poke, malasadas, pastries, breakfast foods, plate lunches, fresh seafood, Hawaiian honey, macadamia nut products, and more. It’s a great place to grab breakfast or lunch while trying a variety of local flavors all in one spot. Most vendors accept cards, but bringing some cash is still a good idea. The market is about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. While technically walkable, it’s about a 1-hour walk and not very convenient, so I personally plan on Ubering there. Rental cars and TheBus are also good transportation options.

International Market Place

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

International Market Place
2330 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815

Located right in the heart of Waikīkī and only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, the International Market Place is one of the main shopping and dining areas in the city. The open-air center is built around a massive historic banyan tree and has a really fun atmosphere with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, dessert spots, and live music throughout the area. We’ll be spending a few hours here as a group exploring, shopping, grabbing food and drinks, and just enjoying Waikīkī.

Kuhio Beach

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

After exploring the International Market Place, we’ll head over to Kuhio Beach Park to relax and hang out by the beach from approximately 3:00–5:00 PM. The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the International Market Place and is located right in the heart of Waikīkī. We’ll plan to meet at the Duke Kahanamoku Statue, one of the most iconic landmarks in Waikīkī and an easy meeting point for the group. This will be a casual beach hangout where people can swim, relax in the sand, walk along the beach, grab nearby drinks/snacks, or just enjoy the ocean views and sunset atmosphere. Feel free to bring a towel, sunscreen, beach gear, or anything else you’d want for a couple relaxing hours at the beach!

Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

We’re aiming for comfortable Hawaii semi-formal attire: light, breathable, and island-ready. Hawaiian or linen shirts for men and flowy dresses for women are perfect. Bridal party will wear sage green and tan, so please avoid those colors as well as white or ivory. Otherwise, have fun with it and dress for the tropics! Ceremony is on grass, so please consider footwear if planning to wear heels.

Our ceremony will take place in the beautiful Waimānalo Valley, about 45 minutes from Waikīkī and surrounded by the Koʻolau mountains and tropical scenery. Transportation will be provided for guests staying in Waikīkī. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:15 PM from the Wayfinder Waikīkī lobby, so please arrive to the lobby around 3:00 PM. Because the venue is tucked away in a private area of the valley and does not appear correctly on Google Maps, please use this custom location pin if driving separately: https://maps.apple/p/iXYHycVXsT1FqT Following the ceremony, we’ll take a few photos before transportation departs back to Waikīkī for the reception.

Wedding Reception

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

After the ceremony, we’ll head back to Waikīkī for our dinner reception at Tiki’s Grill & Bar, a beachfront restaurant overlooking Waikīkī Beach. Dinner will be hosted by us and will take place on an open-air private event space upstairs at the restaurant. We’ll spend the evening enjoying dinner, a limited hosted bar, and celebrating together in a relaxed tropical setting, very casual and fun. Transportation from the ceremony to the reception will be provided. After the reception, guests can either walk back to the hotel (about 13 minutes) or take a short Uber ride. Bring cash/card if you’d like additional drinks beyond the hosted options.

Wayfinder Waikiki

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

We’ll be spending the morning hanging out poolside at the Wayfinder Waikīkī from approximately 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. This will be a very casual time to relax, swim, grab drinks or snacks, and ease into the day before the rest of the afternoon activities. The pool area has a fun tropical atmosphere with lounge chairs and a bar/restaurant nearby. Feel free to stop by for however long you’d like, whether that’s the full two hours or just to hang out for a bit before heading out for the day. Bring your swimsuit, sunscreen, and anything else you’d want for a relaxing morning by the pool!

Farewell Sunset Cruise

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
