This is where we'll be staying and the ceremony & reception will be on the property! We have a discounted room block, so be sure to reserve your room through the link provided below, or you can call the hotel and tell them you are with the Chaisson Aiken Wedding! Villas are also available at a discounted rate if you are looking to stay with 6 or more people, just reach out to use and we can get it added to the booking link. Be sure to reserve your rooms as soon as you can, as March 7th will be a busy weekend on Amelia Island :)

This is an additional block that we have reserved as a backup if the Omni block fills up. It's located downtown so its a great location to explore! It's about 15 - 20 minutes from the Omni where we will be staying and where the venue is located.

We recommend flying into Jacksonville International Airport! It's only a 40~ minute drive to Amelia Island.

You can use East Coast Transportation to arrange for transportation from JAX airport to the Omni. This must be arranged in advance. Uber and Lyft will also be available, but this is another option! Book online at the link below or call (904) 525-8600

ALL wedding guests will utilize our scheduled Omni Shuttles on the day of the wedding. Guests that are staying at the resort will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. No parking available at Walkers Landing. Trams will begin 45 minutes prior to ceremony start time and will continuously pick up guests every 15 minutes until the start of ceremony. Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel. Guests that are NOT staying on property - When they arrive at the security gate, they will reference “Chaisson & Aiken Wedding” and then park in our parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then they will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. Any guests that are unable to take the shuttles due to injury or need to have their vehicle with them for personal reasons may drive to Walkers Landing. No more than 10 cars are suggested to park at Walkers Landing (vendors included)

There should be plenty of rental properties available in the Amelia Island area and closer into Jacksonville. If you are staying off-site, we highly recommend getting an Uber on the day of the wedding as parking will be extremely limited at the venue.
