Just next door to our house is this iconic beach bar serving up live music, orange crushes, and one of the most indulgent brunches around.
Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats
We love taking friends and family to Delaware's most famous brewery. They obviously have great beer, but don't sleep on their pizza! Chesapeake & Maine is their other restaurant, and they happen to be next door to each other. Same great beer, with an elevated menu!
Bark on the Boards
Bark on the Boards is a block-party-style celebration hosted by the Brandywine Valley SPCA to support the care of their rescue animals. It's on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, on Saturday, October, 17th (the same day as the wedding). It’s one of our favorite annual events, full of happy dogs, local vendors, and a whole lot of tail-wagging energy. The Dock Dogs competition is the best part, see the pups sprint down a short dock, leap into the air as far as they can to snag a toy, and make a giant splash into the water. It’s just a feel-good way to spend the morning while supporting an organization that helps countless animals find loving homes. This rescue is where Aries came from-8 years ago!
Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival
This weekend is also the much celebrated Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival! There is great live music happening all over town. We linked here to the Jazz Festival's website.
