Will kids be invited?

Our wedding will be a 21+ celebration . We can’t wait to dance, laugh, and party the night away with you!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation to and from the ceremony and reception will be available, with pickup locations anticipated at our Hotels with room blocks. If you prefer to drive, there’s a free parking lot at the venue. Please note that Camp Arrowhead is tucked away in a wooded area, and cell service can be spotty. Rideshares like Uber/Lyft may prove to be unreliable. More details to follow with formal invitation.

Question

What does "Color Saturated Cocktail Attire" really mean?

Answer

Colorful and/or boldy patterned semi-formal attire suggested. Knee to floor length dresses, suits, sport jackets, dress pants, and collared shirts all fit the bill. Ties not required. Personality and expression are encouraged! But don't overthink it, neutrals and black are welcome, as well. A quick environmental note: when choosing your footwear please remember we will be in sand during the ceremony. Beach weather can be unpredictable, windy, and fickle!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place? Is there a break in-between them?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are on the same property, with no break in between.

Question

I have mobility concerns. Will I be able to access the beach ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony site is reached by a short, easy walk along a wooded path to the beach, and most guests will simply walk to the ceremony. For guests with mobility concerns, golf cart transportation will be available between the parking area and the ceremony site.
