Feast and Floret is one of our favorite places for dinner due to both the ambiance and food. We suggest you order the pasta of the day and be sure to grab a bouquet from the bouquet bar on your way out. Their reservations book up fast so we recommend trying to book about 30 days out!
The Maker Hotel is a place you can rely on all day long. If you want to start your morning off right, head to the Maker Cafe for emaculate vibes, an excellent cup of coffee, a savory dish and a superb selection of pastries. The cafe offers a solid dinner menu, but for a more proper dining experience, book a table at the adjacent Maker Restaurant housed in their stunning glass conservatory or grab a drink in their Lounge. Klocke Estate is a new brandy distillery about a 10 minute drive from downtown Hudson on a 160-acre farm that includes orchards, vineyards and a fine-dining restaurant and bar with panoramic views of the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson Valley. We highly suggest stopping by!
Kitty’s is the first building you will see as you leave the train station if you’re traveling by Amtrak, a stone's throw from The Wick Hotel and is also right next to The Caboose. Kitty’s is a multi-concept culinary space comprised of a market café with phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and the cutest merch, a restaurant and bar, and a large backyard garden for eating, working, or just hanging out.
For those looking to take in the stunning views of Hudson Valley and a bit of culture, visit the Olana State Historic Site, Frederic Church’s masterpiece. Here you will find the estate of the late Frederic Church, a central figure in the Hudson River School of American landscape painters. You can take a tour of his beautiful, historic home, or enjoy the numerous walking trails throughout the estate with spectacular views over the Hudson River Valley. The estate is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Hudson.

You will be able to find a generous selection of fresh produce, baked goods, meat, eggs, dairy products, fish, flowers, spirits, prepared foods, and more.
An Antiquarian's GALORE! With 40,000 sq ft, this warehouse is the largest, most exciting antique and vintage shop in the Northeast. If you have a knack for antiques you could easily spend hours in here... for those in your group who are less enthused, not to worry, Hudson Brewery is right next door.
This cozy, coppery barroom and restaurant is open for dinner indoors and on their patio and features craft cocktails, light bites and a wide range of seasonal culinary offerings inspired by the bounties of local Hudson Valley farms. Reservations are highly recommended for the dining room.
Visit the Hudson River Skywalk, a scenic walkway that connects the major Hudson River School artists Thomas Cole and Frederic Church. The six mile out-and-back pedestrian walkway connects two national historic landmarks, the Thomas Cole Site and Frederic Church’s Olana, via the Rip Van Winkle Bridge.
