Welcome Party

8:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, sports coat or blazer.

Light bites and cocktails will be served. Please return your RSVP card via mail by April 20th, 2025.

The Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Black-Tie Encouraged: Tuxes and gowns preferred

Bus transportation will be provided from the Wick Hotel with additional pick-ups in downtown Hudson to and from the wedding venue. BUS PICK-UP SCHEDULE: The Wick: 4:20 Union Street Pick-Ups- Union & S 3rd Street: 4:20PM Union & S 5TH Street: 4:25PM Due to the Flag Day Parade in Hudson, Warren Street will be closed for transportation starting at 4PM. If you are staying somewhere other than The Wick please plan for ample time to walk to your chosen bus stop. The buses will then take you to the wedding venue. For those driving, please arrive by 4:50 PM to allow time for parking and getting to the ceremony site. Staff will be on site to direct you to both the parking lot and ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15 PM with the reception immediately following.
