For guests arriving early and looking to kick off the weekend, we’ll be hanging out at Armature Works the evening before the wedding. Feel free to stop by, grab a drink or dinner, and spend some time together before the celebrations begin! Armature Works is a lively waterfront food hall and gathering space along the Tampa Riverwalk, with plenty of food and drink options to choose from. This is a casual, pay-your-own-way meetup - no formal reservations or schedule, just a chance to mingle and enjoy the evening together. For guests staying at Barrymore Hotel Tampa Riverwalk, Armature Works is about a 25-30 minute scenic walk along the Riverwalk or roughly a 5-10 minute drive/rideshare depending on traffic.

We invite guests to arrive a little early to enjoy cocktails, photos, and waterfront views at Sparkman Wharf before boarding begins. We may also have champagne available at Craft Home Dock while everyone gathers! To help everything run smoothly and ensure we can begin on time, we kindly ask guests to arrive promptly and be ready for boarding. The more organized we all are ahead of departure, the quicker and easier boarding will be for everyone.

Once aboard, we invite you to grab a cocktail, find your seat, and settle in for the evening. Charcuterie boards will be waiting at every table for guests to enjoy as the night begins.

For our celebration aboard Craft Tampa, we’re embracing a summer semi-formal look with an elevated, dinner-party feel. Craft maintains a dress code, so we kindly ask guests to avoid overly casual attire such as athletic wear, flip flops, or distressed denim.
Cocktails will be available as soon as you board, so feel free to grab a drink, explore the boat, and settle in as we set sail. Once everyone is seated, dinner service will begin, and guests will enjoy a seated three-course dinner together while cruising through Tampa. We’ll share the seasonal menu on our website closer to the celebration so guests can preview the offerings ahead of time. During dinner, we’ll hold our intimate ceremony, followed by a special blessing, heartfelt toasts, dessert, and cake cutting. As the evening continues, we’ll celebrate with our first dances, photos, music, drinks, and time spent together enjoying the night on the water. As our celebration begins later in the evening, we recommend having a light bite beforehand if needed.

Join us the morning after the wedding for a casual brunch as we celebrate Baby Houterman 🤍 This will be a relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering - nothing formal, just good food, good company, and a chance to spend a little more time together before everyone heads home. For anyone extending their stay in Tampa, we’ll be spending part of Monday relaxing at the beach and would love for you to join us! There’s no formal schedule or hosted event - just a laid-back beach day to soak up a little more sunshine before heading home. We’ll share the exact beach location and timing closer to the weekend based on weather and everyone’s plans, but expect a casual morning to afternoon of lounging, swimming, snacks, and enjoying the Florida coast together. Come if you can - we’d love a little extra time with everyone!
