Please RSVP by July 20th, 2026
Love is always better when shared! We’re happily welcoming plus‑ones who are long-term partners.
Yes! We’re thrilled to invite all of our wedding guests to join us for the rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding. It will be a joyful gathering filled with laughter, toasts, and a chance to connect before the big day. Sharing this meal together is our way of extending the celebration and making sure everyone feels part of the magic from the very start.
We’re keeping it classy—but comfy! Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets or slacks. Dark jeans and button-downs are totally fine too—just skip the sneakers and tees.
Children bring joy and laughter, and we’re delighted to welcome them to our celebration! To keep the ceremony and dances flowing smoothly, we kindly ask that little ones remain supervised so the magic of the moment can shine without interruption. If a child needs a break, parents or guardians are expected to step away with them to ensure everyone can enjoy the celebration fully.
We want everyone to enjoy the feast with ease! If you have food allergies or dietary requests, simply note them when you RSVP. We’ll ensure your plate is safe, and delicious.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to park, and settle in before the magic unfolds. Arriving early ensures you won’t miss a single moment of our enchanted evening.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at A King’s Lodge, where there is plenty of parking available. To make things even easier, we’re delighted to offer complimentary valet service, so you can arrive and step right into the celebration without worry.
There will not be provided transportation to and from the hotels. However, both the ceremony and reception are at A King’s Lodge, which is conveniently located near nearby towns. Downtown Gatlinburg is about a 30‑minute drive, and Pigeon Forge is about 15 minutes away. With plenty of parking and complimentary valet at the Lodge, your journey will be simple—and the harvest moon will light your way to the celebration. For guests who plan to enjoy drinks during the festivities, we kindly suggest using Uber, Lyft, or a local taxi service to ensure a safe and carefree ride back to your hotel.
We’re so excited to celebrate with you at A King’s Lodge! Though we don’t have an official room block, nearby towns offer wonderful choices. Downtown Gatlinburg is about a 30‑minute drive, and Pigeon Forge is about 15–20 minutes away, with plenty of hotels, cabins, and cozy retreats. Wherever you stay, you’ll have the perfect place to relax before stepping into an evening of love, laughter, and enchantment.
Our wedding day will be the main event, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you at A King’s Lodge! In addition to the big day, we’re thrilled to welcome everyone to our Rehearsal Dinner the evening before the wedding. Beyond that, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are full of fun attractions, cozy cafés, and mountain adventures if you’d like to make a vacation out of it. We’ll share any updates here if we add a welcome gathering, farewell brunch, or other special moments to keep the celebration going.
