Their first date was at Reboot, a video game bar, where they battled it out in Super Smash Bros. Riley was impressed—not just by Brittany’s gaming skills, but by her laughter, warmth, and the connection that began to bloom. From there, the dates kept coming, each one deepening their bond. One cozy winter night, while driving through twinkling holiday lights, Riley asked Brittany to go steady. Their love grew through shared adventures, quiet moments, and eventually, a home they built together. Then came the proposal—carefully planned, perfectly timed, and utterly magical. During The Great American Eclipse, as the sky darkened and stars peeked through, Riley got down on one knee. He waited patiently for Brittany to turn around… and say yes to forever.

Life wouldn’t be complete without our three beloved companions—Boo, Salem, and Bones. Boo joined the adventure before we even lived together and has been a huge part of our family ever since. She’s met almost all of you and can’t wait to see familiar faces at the wedding! Currently training for her starring role as Ring Bearer, Boo is thrilled to accompany her mom and dad down the aisle. She’s been with us through every chapter—from cozy nights in to big life milestones—and we couldn’t imagine this day without her. Salem came into our lives a year after we moved in together. Brittany had always dreamed of having a black cat (despite being allergic!), and during a casual visit to PetSmart, Riley suggested they “just look.” The moment Brittany saw Salem, she knew he was coming home. Salem is a quiet soul who adores his family and prefers the comfort of just us at home. If you’re lucky enough to meet this elusive boy, you’ll feel the love he keeps tucked behind those golden eyes. While he won’t be walking down the aisle, he’ll definitely be there in spirit. Bones is the newest (and spunkiest) member of our little crew. He’s a baby full of love, zoomies, and tail wags. Though he’s still learning the ropes, Bones already adores everyone he meets and welcomes you into our family with open paws.
