What to wear?

Dressy casual - think elegant but friendly - We’d love for you to feel comfortable yet polished — a step above everyday wear, but not as formal as cocktail attire.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, reception following will be indoors.

Where should I stay if coming out of town?

Answer

Hammond is the closest city outside of Amite. We recommend Home 2 Suites by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriot or Holiday Inn. Covington/Mandeville, LA is also only a 45 minute drive to the venue.

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

A range of hors d’oeuvres will be served, along with three entree choices and several side options incorporating southern and Louisiana cuisine. We will also have an open bar to include wine and beer, along with soft drinks, tea and lemonade available.

What time and where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 o clock in the evening. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to accommodate time to park and get seated. Reception will be immediately following the ceremony. The address to the Greenery: 56211 Old US 51 Amite, LA 70422

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at The Greenery with the reception following immediately after the ceremony.
