Gates to our venue open at 2:30 PM. No guests will be allowed to enter prior to this time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure we can begin on time!
We respectfully ask that all guests keep their phones and cameras away for the ceremony portion of the night. We invite all of our guests to be fully present with us during the intimate time we begin our life together. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony, and we cannot wait to share those photos with you! Please take all the videos and photos you would like during Cocktail Hour and the Reception. The Bride and Groom would LOVE for you to share these photos with them!
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Shade will be offered by the beautiful towering redwood covering our ceremony. Our reception will take place on their large grass area followed by the cocktail hour.

We would love to see all of our loved ones dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal. Ladies can wear a nice dress (please avoid short dresses) while gentlemen can wear a suit or dress shirts and pants. Please note the ceremony will be located outside in a grass area, so dress accordingly!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your partner is invited, their name will be listed on your wedding invitation and appear when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
Although we adore the kiddos, we have decided to make our wedding an adults only event. The only exception are those in our Wedding Party! We encourage parents to use this night as a fun date night!
Parking is available at the venue. We highly recommend commuting in groups if possible. There will be parking attendants guiding guests to the correct location. Drive to the very back of the venue, and there will be further instruction there!
Yes, we’ll be serving our two signature drinks and a variety of wines & beers as well. Please enjoy the night with us and we will see you on the dance floor. The alcohol is on us but that hangover is on you ;)
