What are your COVID guidelines?

Answer

If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID prior to the reception date we ask that you please stay home. We will have hand sanitizers and mask readily available for those wanting to use them. We will not be requiring masks. Dinner tables will be spaced 6 feet apart. The Hidden Acre has a large max capacity and we will be at 50% capacity. There is a large outdoor area and plenty of space throughout the venue to social distance.

Will transportation be provided before and after the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, we were unable to set up an afternoon shuttle to bring guests to the venue. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will have shuttles going back to Cedar Falls throughout the night from The Hidden Acre. Shuttle times will be 10:30 pm, 11:00 pm, 11:30 pm and 12:00 am. We will not have a shuttle going to the hotel in Waverly. Uber & Lyft should be available as well.

Is there parking available for the reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large amount of parking for the reception at The Hidden Acre. If you intend to leave your car there for the night and take a shuttle back to Cedar Falls you car needs to be picked up by 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

We love your kids! We have included all children in our guest list. If mom & dad want a night out alone that’s just fine with us as well!
