Our favorite coffee shop in Iowa City that doubles as a bookstore. Walkable from the hotel. We recommend an iced apple pie chai.

A super fun, relaxed dinner spot in Iowa City. Huge with tons of indoor and outdoor seating; fire pits; great drinks; dog-friendly.

One of our favorite brunch places. Parking can be difficult and the wait gets super long, so you can also try Bluebird, Pullman, or Hamburg Inn which are all mostly walkable from each other.
