These are the established precautions the Avalon staff are taking at the Avalon for safety during the pandemic. These precautions have been reviewed and approved by the North Dakota Department of Health. 1. Additional staff will be on each event dedicated to disinfecting frequently-touched surfaces and bathrooms. 2. Avalon staff will be dishing food at the buffet wearing masks and gloves. The line will be marked on the floor for safe spacing. 3. Bar lines will also be marked for safe spacing. 4. All Avalon staff members will have their temps taken upon arrival and wear masks when on the floor. Masks for guests are optional. 5. Bar staff will have gloves and periodic disinfecting breaks. 6. Households will be seated together for dinner with a seating chart. 7. Tables will all be spaced 6 feet apart. 8. Additional dinner seating has been added in the Mezzanine for all Millennium weddings, as well as additional bars being open to reduce lines and crowding.
