Question

What are the menu options for the reception dinner?

Answer

All dinners come with a garden salad and rolls. Tuscan Chicken: Baked chicken breast coated in parmesan and bread crumbs. Served with a penne pasta tossed in red pepper cream sauce. Side of honey & dill glazed carrots. Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin: Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, served with apple cranberry chutney and a honey spice glaze. Side of honey & dill glazed carrots and oven roasted red skin potatoes. Vegetable Wellington: Vegetarian option. Fresh seasonal vegetables, served in a white wine garlic cream sauce and baked in puff pastry. Side of honey & dill glazed carrots. Children's Meal (11 & under): Three large chicken tenders, served with macaroni and cheese. Side of baby carrots. Beverage choices of milk, soda, or lemonade.

Are there any vegan or gluten free options available? What about allergens?

Answer

Maumee Bay provides options for individuals with dietary restrictions or allergens. Please contact Jeff & Brandon directly, and they will facilitate an accommodation.

What are the COVID-19 protocols at Maumee Bay?

Answer

We will be following whatever guidelines are in place by the venue or local government. As of now, there are no vaccination requirements, and masking indoors is optional. Please be aware that these guidelines may change in the future.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 20, 2022.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive with enough time to find seats and settle in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the Lodge & Conference center for both overnight guests and daytime visitors.

Question

Is Maumee Bay pet friendly?

Answer

There are no pets allowed in the Lodge & Conference Center. However, pets on the grounds or on trails is acceptable. If you are planning to travel with your pet, please do not bring them to the ceremony or reception. If you are planning to stay overnight at the Lodge & Conference Center, the main hotel is not pet friendly, but they have several on-site cabins that are open to pets. Cabins have limited availability, so please contact the Reservations desk with inquiries or requests.
