Save the Dates will be sent out March 1st and wedding invites will be sent out in August.
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by the deadline, you will unfortunately be marked “not attending.” The sole reason for this is that we must provide an accurate guest count to all vendors within their own deadlines they have set for us.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.
While we love the little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your children at home with other loved ones so you can celebrate with us. Make it a date night out!
We kindly ask that you dress in a “dressy casual” attire and keep the traditional colors (white, ivory, light colors) reserved for the bride/groom. As said before, this is more than business casual, so the equivalent of fancy church attire! Ladies think of a casual dress, sundress, blouse and skirt, etc. Men, think of your best button-down and slacks. The groom does request you wear a colored guayabera if you can! We finally ask that there be no jeans or flip-flops unless you want to bring another pair of shoes for dancing later :)
There is free valet parking, so you will pull up to the entrance of the venue, they will take your car, and park it. We suggest you bring cash to tip the valet. :)
Yes, “social hour” will consist of light refreshments followed by a buffet-style dinner at the reception.
Yes, we will have an open bar for those of age. We suggest you bring cash to tip the bartenders. :)
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony, meaning that we kindly ask that all phones are silenced/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this memorable moment of our lives and we would hate to have a person’s phone blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, pictures and videos are highly encouraged!!
In Miami, Low: 65 degrees, High: up to 80 degrees
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The “social hour” is also outdoors.
We are fortunate enough to have everything physical we need for our home, but should you wish to honor us with a gift, we would be truly grateful for a contribution somewhere in our registry to help us start our married life together. If you’d like to bring a card or something small, we would appreciate that too, and you can leave it at our “card” table the day of.
