Wedding Day Bus Schedule

July 26, 2025 3:15 pm - 11:15 pm

3:15pm - Both buses begin loading at Cedar Street Hotel on Main St., in between building 1 and 2. (Look for NSpire Tours buses) 3:30pm - All buses depart for Beyond Hope Resort. 4:00pm - Arrive at Beyond Hope, grab a drink and settle in before the ceremony. 9:00pm - For the earlybirds: One bus will take (up to 56) guests back to Sandpoint (optional). 10:30pm - All buses begin loading and will head back to Sandpoint.

Flight

Spokane International Airport (GEG) — Spokane, WA

The Spokane airport is approximately a 1.5 hour drive to Sandpoint, Idaho. *Uber and Lyft are not available in the area, so please plan accordingly. We recommend renting a car.

We have a hotel block at Cedar Street Hotel, from 7/24/25 to 7/27/25. Each room has a discounted rate of $199/night plus taxes and fees. Springhill Suites is a 7-minute drive to downtown Sandpoint. We have 10 rooms blocked off for our guests, to be paid for individually, from 7/24/25 - 7/27/25. This includes 5 King Suites w/ Sofa Bed ($209/night plus fees) and 5 Double Queen Suites w/ Sofa Bed ($239/night plus fees). These rooms are available for our guests to book at our discounted rate(s) until June 12, 2025.
