Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Target, Dillards and Bed Bath and Beyond under Ashlen and Richie.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by November 11, 2021. This can be done online or using your RSVP card which was sent out with the wedding invitations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The main entrance will be open from 2:50-3:50. If you happen to arrive after the main entrance closes, we ask that the guests park in the car park, then make their way toward the chapel through the paths.

Where will I park my car?

Answer

There will be a valet service between 2:50 and 10:00. Cars will be parked in the field to the right of the barn at Teaberry Farm.

Will the ceremony be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. In case of inclement weather, we will have the ceremony in the Barn at Teaberry Farm.

What do I need to know about the reception?

Answer

The reception, which will be held in the Banquet Hall at Teaberry Farm, will immediately follow the ceremony. We ask that guests make their way up there and find their seat using the alphabetical seating chart for dinner. There will be cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while the wedding party wraps up their pictures, and then dinner will be served shortly after.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you plan to stay in Jacksonville for the weekend, there is a Holiday Inn Express or a La Quinta, in town, not too far from the wedding venue.
