Do I need transportation from the ceremony to reception?
Answer
Nope! The reception is right next to the ceremony, both are located at Turf Valley Resort. Right after the ceremony everyone will have an extremely short walk to the reception area.

Yes! There is free parking at the Resort.

What food will be served?
Answer
From 6:00PM to 7:00PM, we will have hors d'oeuvres. The hors d'oeuvres will be pork belly croutons, maui shrimp spring rolls, raspberry and almond brie, crab dip and artichoke fondue, cheese display, and fruit display. From 7:15PM to 8:15PM, we will have a buffet style dinner. The dinner selection will have capri salad, market salad, salmon imperial, chef carved tenderloin, creamy tuscan chicken, seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes, and dinner rolls. At 9:00PM, we will have desserts. The dessert selection will be chocolate fondue with strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows, pound cake, and ginger snaps, and an assortment of cupcakes from Kupcake and Co. Cupcake flavors are red velvet, chocolate peanut butter cup, salted caramel, and key lime.

Our colors are burgundy, desert rose, dusk/navy blue, and champagne.

Will there be alcohol?

Of course! There will be an open bar with two bartenders. The open bar will be from 6:00PM to 10:00 PM. The open bar will consist of house brand liquors, house wine, miller lite, and Turf Valley Club Haus Union Craft Brewing Seasonal Draft Beers.

When you RSVP, there will be a section that you can include any dietary restrictions you may have.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes! We have a honeymoon/newlywed cash fund through Zola. On our website, there is a registry tab that contains the link that will take you directly to the fund. Instead of gifts, a contribution to our honeymoon would be very appreciated. Between buying our first house and planning the wedding, being able to take a nice honeymoon would mean so much to us.

May I take photos?

Our ceremony is an unplugged ceremony - meaning, no phones please! We have a lovely photographer who will be taking photos of the entire day, so please do not take pictures during the ceremony. During the reception you may take out your cellphone and take as many selfies as you'd like.

What’s the schedule?
Answer
Ceremony seating by 5:15PM. Ceremony begins at 5:30PM. Cocktail hour begins at 6:00PM. Guests will be asked to be seated at 6:45PM and the bridal party will make their entrance. We will then have our first dance. A few speeches and toasts will be given. Dinner will be ready at 7:15PM. About 7:45PM, Patrick and his mom will have their dance, to which everyone will be invited to join them on the dance floor. About 8:00PM lots and lots of dancing will begin! At 9:00PM, dessert will be set out. The reception ends at 10:00PM.
