Is there cell service at the venue?

Answer

The coastal canyon locale may cause spotty cell phone service. Enable the Wi-Fi calling function on your cell phone before you get to the resort. This will help your phone to function normally during your time at The Ranch.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is October 6th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by then, we unfortunately will have to mark you as a "no." We have to provide the venue with an accurate guest count in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 pm. We ask that our guests arrive by 2:30pm to allow time to take in the stunning venue and find your seats under the trees in a relaxed fashion before the ceremony starts.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of the children in our families who are a part of the wedding ceremony.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

If you received a plus one, this will appear on the formal invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

The greatest gift we could ask for is being fully present with us. That being said, we ask that your phones stay on silent and put away during the ceremony as we've hired professionals to capture this intimate moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Absolutely! Please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests.

Will there be an open bar?

Without a doubt. The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! **Please ensure you have transportation to safely get to and from the wedding.
