*Updated* Hop aboard the Grape Savvy Wine Tour Trolley for a private wine tour as part of Samantha and Richard’s wedding weekend—with the bride and groom along for the ride! Pickup is in downtown Naramata at 1:00pm. The tour includes four wineries, a “Vineyard 101” experience, and an option to purchase a light lunch at one stop. Space is limited to 32 guests. This event is for adults 19+ The tour will wrap up at 9 Mile Food + Drink, where we’ll continue the celebrations at our “Welcome to the Weekend” open house. Guests who RSVP will be asked to cover their own costs: $85 per person plus any wine bottle or food purchases at your discretion. ABOUT: Grape Savvy Wine Tours focuses on fostering authentic connections, building strong partnerships, and delivering one-of-a-kind experiences. Savvy has redefined wine country tourism in the South Okanagan — one nostalgic trolley ride at a time.

You made it to quaint Naramata! Mingle with other guests and cheers to the sweet weekend ahead. 9 Mile has a large outdoor patio and a cozy interior. Small bites will be provided. A curated menu of food and drinks will be available for purchase. The wedding couple will be there to give you a warm welcome hug until 7ish! Optional for our guests.

Outdoor Ceremony

Dress code is semi-formal/garden party. The ceremony will take place on a grass and sand beach, so please consider your footwear! Temperatures range from mid-20s in the day to low teens at night.
The beach is a 10 minute walk from the reception location (Richard's childhood home!). There will be transportation available between the beach and the reception for those with limited mobility. You are welcome to drop-off any personal bags or different footwear at 540 Robinson before heading over to the beach. We expect the ceremony to begin between 3:30 and 3:45pm. Seating is TBC for our 20-minute ceremony.
Reception Dinner and Dancing

Semi-formal/garden party. We are in a Richard's childhood home backyard! Bring additional layers as the evenings can cool off quickly. Temperatures range from mid-20s in the day to low teens at night.
Backyard dinner, served family style. Drinks include alcoholic and non-alcholic options: local wines and beers, pre-made cocktails/mocktails, and soft drinks. Two full washrooms are available to guests on the ground level.
