Please check your RSVP for your +1!
The venue has a very limited head count that we have to abide by. Please check your RSVP for your group's invite!
Northern Arizona in September is, in a word: perfect. Temps during the day range between 60s - 80s, and temps at night drop to the 50s. There's always a chance of rain, so a light jacket would keep you warm and dry! It's Arizona, so it's a dry heat (eye roll, I know). But still, be sure to bring some sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and stay hydrated!
There's very limited parking space on the venue premises, and we are packing that place to the brim! We strongly recommend considering carpooling whenever possible so we can ensure there is space for all guests to come and go as needed.
Alcohol will be available all weekend! With a few disclaimers - PLEASE read these carefully: 1) AZ alcohol laws do not allow the venue to serve alcohol without a bartender but we can bring our own alcohol. To make this work, alcohol will only be available to grab from Cabin #7 (closest cabin to the pavilion, on the right) Please respect the rules and only grab / make drinks inside the designated "alcohol" cabin. Do not bring alcohol "troughs" outside of the cabin for broad sharing - this will be a violation of the law, and our venue and/or we could face hefty fines. 2) A bartender will be onsite between 6pm - 10pm on Saturday to serve alcohol, including the fancier stuff. Outside of this window, beer and wine will still be available from Cabin #7. 3) Bring alcohol to share if you want! We still have to follow the AZ state law, and only hold alcohol indoors, so store your "for grabs" alcohol in the designated cabin (closest cabin on the right). 4) If you're staying onsite in the cabins, you're welcome to store your alcohol in your own cabin as well. Up to you!
Friday: We will have food available to grill (the venue has 6 grills) Saturday: We will be providing brick-oven pizza, appetizers, salad, and sweets after the ceremony. Sunday: We'll share a continental breakfast spread on Sunday before we say our goodbyes. Outside of these meals, you're free to do what you'd like for food. You could check out our recommended nearby breweries and cafes, or stop by a grocery store on the way to Strawberry to pick up food for the weekend :)
- clothes for summer fun (weather will be be kinda hot during the day, but we'll mostly be in the shade) - active wear - a good attitude, be ready for some fun! - sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses - water bottle - camera - a jacket for colder temps at night
We want you to be comfortable! The "dresscode" is wedding. Be you, however that looks :)
We are spending the weekend outside enjoying the nice weather! There's a large post and beam pavilion and lots of trees for shade. If you are staying in the cabins onsite, you can spend time inside whenever you'd like :)
