Answer

As soon as possible. The venue has limited capacity so please let us know as soon as you can.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 p.m. Everyone must be seated by 4:45 p.m.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Columbia.
