How to get to Madison 1. The Dane County Airport is 15 minutes from the wedding hotels and the site of the wedding itself. On Sunday after the wedding, there are a number of flights to critical destinations between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. You can fly directly to and from Madison from New York, Washington, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Denver, Charlotte, Atlanta, Dallas, Raleigh and Minneapolis. 2. Chicago O’ Hare Airport has direct flights to and from just about every possible North American destination and many European destinations. O’Hare is a 2 hour drive from Madison. 3. Mitchell Field in Milwaukee is an 80 minute drive from Madison. Additional destinations served by the Milwaukee Airport include Baltimore, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, St. Louis, and Nashville.
