Pandemic concerns?

Answer

We expect to be able to proceed as planned. You should still expect to wear a mask, coordinate it with your outfit, bedazzled it, do whatever you feel like you need to look your best. We hope by August they will not be needed, but there will be extra masks and sanitizer available as well. In the event of reductions or changes, we will make announcements here and contact anyone affected as needed. A negative COVID test within 72 hours is currently required by the state to attend. Please plan to be tested upon arriving in Alexandria Bay or before leaving home. We also ask that you receive a vaccine if you are able, in case it also becomes a requirement. Regardless, do your best to protect yourself and everyone in your community now by following the best practices, whether it is mandatory or not. Do your part, then it will be less of a concern in the coming months.

What is the Dress Code?

We kindly ask everyone to dress in Summer Cocktail attire. No jeans, no t-shirts, but please be comfortable and cool.

How do I get my Ferry Tickets?

Answer

We have taken the liberty to provide a private shuttle to and from Boldt Castle. If you choose to take the public shuttle at another time, tickets can be purchased online or at the dock. A ticket will not be needed for the reception.

What if I arrive late?

If you miss the 3:00 pm private shuttle to Boldt Castle, there are public options to reach the island, please check local listings. The last ferry off the island is 6:30 pm, if you are late for that, expect to spend the night. The reception cruise leaves at 7:00 pm, if you are late, there may not be an option to get on board after that.

Yes. Please. If you are willing to take on any duties, please let us know. Overall we expect it to be simple. Currently, we do not know what set up and strike will entail, but we will probably need some assistance. Also, any drivers willing to play taxi or designated driver could be handy.
