Private Boat Shuttle

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

This is a prepaid Private shuttle we are providing for your convenience. This will give you time to see Hart Island and Boldt Castle on your own before the ceremony. Boarding is at 3:00 pm If you prefer to arrive at another time, the public shuttle is $10 and operates every half hour.

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

We kindly ask everyone to dress in Summer Cocktail attire. No jeans, no t-shirts, but please be comfortable and cool. The event is outdoors. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, appropriate hats(not ball caps, sorry) or parasols if you think any of those will be beneficial to you. The castle grounds can be grassy, rocky, and possibly wet, please think carefully about your footwear.

The only way to Hart Island is the aforementioned shuttle.

Photos and Ceremony Strike

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

While we take additional photos, please feel free to explore the grounds or make your way to the ferry.

Return Shuttle

5:45 pm - 6:00 pm

This is a prepaid Private shuttle back to the mainland that we are providing for your convenience. This should give you time to do any last-minute runs to your room before the reception. Boarding is at 5:45 pm If you prefer to leave at another time, the public shuttle is $10 and operates every half hour.

Reception

6:45 pm - 10:00 pm

Boarding will be at 6:45 pm, please be punctual, at 7:00 pm the boat leaves the dock. We will be cruising gorgeous Alexandria Bay for the 3-hour duration of the reception. There will not be a way to leave early. Keep this in mind and make sure everyone on your reservation is aware. Buffet dinner. All Guests 21 and over will receive 2 drink tokens compliments of the couple. Please bring cash to tip your bartenders and for additional drinks.
