Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We respectfully ask that you RSVP for the welcome party, ceremony, and reception on our wedding website by May 1, 2024.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us in elevated cocktail attire! We suggest that men wear a suit or dress pants, shirt, and a tie. For women, we suggest a cocktail dress (any length from mini to floor length) or a dressy jumpsuit. No color or pattern is off limits, but if you prefer to avoid blending in with the bridal party, the ladies will be in hues of light pink, while the guys will be in darker shades of blue.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Cannon Green offers both indoor and outdoor accommodations. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoor in the courtyard (no grass), while the reception will take place indoor (with open access to the outdoor courtyard all evening).

Is there transportation to/from the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We will be providing transportation to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Waterfront on our wedding day. The Trolley will arrive at the Courtyard at 4pm for loading, and will depart promptly at 4:20pm. It will make a return trip following the reception at 10:30pm.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Cannon Green offers limited parking spaces (approximately 15), along with possible (but not guaranteed) street parking. We encourage taking advantage of our provided transportation or using a ride-share service (Uber, Lyft, bike taxi, etc).

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm. Doors will open at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving no later than 4:40pm.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
We welcome guests to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and drinks immediately after the ceremony at our cocktail hour, followed by a seated dinner with an open bar at the reception.

When will the reception end?
Answer
Our wedding reception will end promptly at 10:30pm, but we plan to keep the party going at one of the nearby bars on King Street. Transportation back to the Courtyard Marriott Waterfront and downtown bars will be available for those who prefer not to walk or use a ride-sharing service.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we adore your little ones, please note the only children present at the wedding will be those that are in the bridal party. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements ahead of time and hope you enjoy a kid free date night!
