There are two airports in the area, Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). We typically fly in and out of MCO since it supports most major airlines and it's near our home. SFB is much smaller and calmer, with Allegiant as its main airline.

Car travel and tolls

If you’re planning to rent a car, we recommend paying for the toll pass that comes with the rental. If you're planning to drive your own car and stay for a while, consider ordering a free E-Pass sticker ahead of time. Most of the major highways in our area are cash free toll roads, and pay by plate fees are about double the regular toll fees.
