Flight
Let’s start with flights! The wedding will be in Barcelona, so please fly into Joseph Tarradellas Barcelona-El Plat Airport (BCN). Here are some tips based on cities where most people will be flying from: Philadelphia - American Airlines provides nonstop flights direct to Barcelona for probably the best price, prioritize searching there! Delta also provides flights from PHL to BCN with a layover in Atlanta. Air Canada has flights with a layover in Montreal. Traveling out of NYC is the best price option. Can find affordable parking at hotels, such as Embassy Suites hotel and shuttle to airport. Atlanta - American also offers the best price point for travel to Barcelona, with a layover in Philadelphia, which means…high chance of running into the Rodriguez family, and a higher chance of taking shots with them at the Philadelphia airport. Scandinavian Airlines and British Airways offer flights at a good price with a layover in Europe. Delta offers nonstop flights for those prioritizing direct travel, but definitely book in advance because those options are more limited and expensive. Feel free to also check out flights leaving from FLL/MIA because they might be more affordable and it’s a cheap, quick flight from ATL! NYC/Newark - The most nonstop and affordable options are from EWR (Newark) and JFK (NYC), for those that want to prioritize nonstop affordable travel and are open to taking the trip to NYC! Iberia has a great price for nonstop service. Other options for nonstop flights include American and United. Delta has nonstop flights, but they’re typically more expensive than the prior three options. If you’re okay with a layover, other airlines include Air Canada, Air France, British Airways, and TAP Portugal.

Hey everyone, we’ll be staying in the Santi Martí neighborhood. The primary hotel will be Hotel SB Glow. Other neighborhoods include Gothic Quarter, El Clot, Las Ramblas.

Train
To get to downtown Barcelona/your hotel you have a few options. 1. The easiest and quickest option is to take an Uber from the airport - beware of taxis charging high flat rates to bring you into the city. Never get into a taxi without first confirming the fare. We would recommend Cabify (the local Uber) or Uber instead. 2. The second option is taking the Aerobus, an airport shuttle bus that runs to the city center and typically runs every 5-10 minutes. 3. Another option is the train - RENFE Train (R2 Nord) connects Terminal 2 at the airport to various city center stations. It's a quick and easy way to get to the city center!
Train
Barcelona has a great and easy to use train system throughout the city! Uber is also easy to get throughout the city. We'll have transportation to the wedding venue on Sunday, but please let us know if you plan on driving so that we can plan accordingly :)
Flight
If you plan to travel around Europe before or after the wedding there are a ton of cheap flight options. I would recommend using Google Flights to help give you plenty of options. Some popular and affordable airlines include: Ryanair, Vueling, Wizz Air, ITA. Other popular cities in Spain include Madrid and Sevilla. If you're looking for a beautiful beach vibe, Ibiza and Mallorca are a quick flight away from Barcelona. Italy, France, and Portugal are all very accessible from Barcelona. If you need help creating a travel itinerary or ideas of where to go/things to do, feel free to use ChatGPT to help! :)
