Ball Hall and Apartment Booking Instructions

On site of the ceremony and reception venue there is a dorm style hall with double rooms and apartments that we have reserved to accommodate our guests at a cheaper price for guests than a hotel. These accommodations are similar to any hotel booking with bedding, towels, shampoo, etc. for guests. Room Type and Rate Per Night: Ball Hall (Two Double Beds) - $68.00 per night + tax Campus Apartments (4-Beds, Two Bedrooms) - $189.00 per night + tax Guests should email the office of Client & Conference Services at conferences@keuka.edu or call 315-279-5289 to book their reservations. They must reference the Rhoda-Melendez Wedding to get the group rate. A card is required for booking. At the time of booking, a one-night deposit is required to hold the room.

Greater Rochester International Airport & Syracuse Hancock International Airport

Both Rochester and Syracuse are close to Keuka College, but Syracuse has more domestic flights servicing the airport.
