It all started at Loretta's Country Bar in the Fenway area of Boston, home to live country music, moonshine, and good decisions. A cute guy had been catching Andrea's eye all night. A Miller Lite had been catching Kevin's. When Andrea's friend Kate dared her 10 - "Who's Line is it Anyway? The game where the points don't matter" - points to go talk to Kevin, she mustered up the courage to talk to him. He saw her looking from down the bar but thought for sure she that he was mistaken. But when she showed up right by his side ready to strike up a conversation, the ball was in motion for an exciting adventure.

A few days after their bar meetup, Kevin asked Andrea out on an official date. She agreed and quickly began the tried and true potential husband vetting process, stalking him on social media. Despite the inclination that her memory had completely failed her and Kevin was surely very short as he was inches below his family members, she decided to give him a shot. Andrea arrived early. After walking around for 20 minutes, she pretended she had just arrived as Kevin pulled up right on time. They walked together to The Living Room, where Kevin's extensive first date research had brought them for trivia night....that was not happening due to a private event. It would be the first of years of showing up at unavailable dinner locations together. That special night they learned a few important things: 1. Kevin and Andrea both love to roll with the punches - from getting lost on drives to the grocery store together to exploring the world - the best stories come from the unexpected wrenches life throws in your plans. They both love and embrace them. 2. Kevin is in fact, quite tall. (His family is just extra tall.) 3. Andrea doesn't eat when she's nervous, which leaves more meat and cheese board for Kevin. A match made in heaven.

Life has brought Kevin and Andrea on countless adventures together already. From hiking and a stomach bug in Portugal to driving around the country for 23 hours before finding paradise in Costa Rica. Kevin has learned to hold Andrea's hand while she tries to convince him that their plane is definitely going down and Andrea has learned that there will always be at least five lacrosse sticks living in our apartment. She will always laugh at the fact that football has a tight end and he will always defend that "taste tester" is an official necessary kitchen role. We are so excited for life together.
