Please pull out your wedding cocktail/semi-formal attire. We know it is a barn/outdoor venue, but we would prefer for you to leave your jeans, t-shirts, and boots behind. :)
We request that any additional desired guests not addressed on the invitation envelope are confirmed with the bride or groom prior to the wedding date.
Although we both love kids, this wedding is for adults only.
Please arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. to ensure a 4:00 p.m. ceremony start time. If you cannot make it to the ceremony because of work or life, but want to make it for the reception, that is ok with us, just please let us know.
Don't worry here! There is free parking on site.
There will be an open bar and plenty of food. Come hungry!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them. When you take pictures, please use the hashtag #rhileytystheknot when posting so we can find them later on.
We will not be requiring anyone to wear a mask (dependent on State mandate), however feel free to wear one if you are more comfortable and they will also be provided.
All guests have to leave at midnight.
Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. In having an open bar, we ask that you have fun, but please know your limits. However, life happens! Our venue allows for guests to leave their vehicles on site until the next morning if you are no longer safe to drive at the end of the night.
We are registered at Zola, Amazon, and Honeyfund.
