FAQs

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your littles, but we've decided to make our wedding an adult only event. However, we know some situations are tricky so please contact us and we can discuss options!

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

We love your dogs, but if they all came it would be too much. Please leave your fur babies at home.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Not unless specified on your Invitation. We need to respect our accounted budget and seating capacity. Things do change however, so if you have a “plus one” request, it doesn’t hurt to reach out and ask!

Question

What's the bathroom situation?

Answer

There will be a mixture of flush toilets and standard porta potties there. If camping, there are also showers and a bathroom sink!

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The whole weekend will be outside. Dinner will be served underneath a tent but please be prepared to enjoy the outdoors for the weekend!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! If you are not camping and just coming for the welcome party and or ceremony / reception, just drive to the campsite and there will be plenty of places for you to park. For the ceremony, you will park at the campsite area (where the reception will be) and walk from there to the ceremony site.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for Friday night is casual: wear what you feel nice in, but still very comfortable. The dress code for Saturday is ‘summer cocktail’: think somewhere between casual and formal—along the lines of colorful dresses and button down shirts. Suits and ties are welcome but definitely not necessary! For footwear—remember we’ll be outside, so flats, wedges, and block heels are probably best!

Question

Is there cell reception?

Answer

Yes, there is cell reception and also a few power outlets where you can charge your devices. That being said, we encourage you to be present and have a phone-free weekend!

Question

Should I bring my own food and drinks?

Answer

We will be providing dinner Friday and Saturday as well as a light breakfast on Sunday. For breakfast and lunch on Saturday, you'll be on your own. There a a bunch of nearby food options in Templeton, Atascadero, and Paso that you can check out or bring your own fixins' to cook at camp. That being said, everyone gets hungry here and there so it's probably a good idea to pack a few snacks and beverages of your own.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

- Camping gear (if you’re camping) - Gear to ‘get ready’ with on Saturday - Snacks for the weekend - Comfortable shoes and clothes to wear throughout the weekend - Warm clothes and blankets for chilly evenings - If camping, consider bringing ear plugs for the nights. The frost fans might turn on if it get's really chilly in the middle of the night.

Question

Can I have a campfire?

Answer

NO. Absolutely no campfires at the venue. This is one of the most important rules, please respect it.
