We will be providing transportation from Florence to Castello di Ristonchi. It is about a 40 minute drive to the property from Florence if you would prefer to arrange your own travel.

Welcome Drinks

7:00 pm

Meet and greet on the castle terrace for some welcome drinks while we watch the sunset over the Tuscan mountains. BYOPizza Night Dinner begins at 8:00 PM on the terrace.

Pizza Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Get ready to indulge in our love for food at our make-your-own pizza party using fresh ingredients straight from the castle garden. Fire up your pizzas in the stone oven nestled in the castle tower while sipping on local wine (or an Aperol Spritz?) and soaking in the sunset from the terrace. It's the perfect recipe for relaxation and laughter before the main event. A selection of wine, beer and soft drinks will be provided. However, additional alcohol, food, or anything else you fancy are always available to purchase from the Castello bar/kitchen and will be billed separately to your room.

Poolside Panini Lunch

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us at the Castello Pool and order up paninis from the Panini Truck! Take a dip in the pool to cool off before the big event.

Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

The main event! Join us on the Fattoria Lawn for the ceremony. Cocktail Attire is requested (but please wear whatever you are comfortable in). Note: we will be on grass for most of the evening - so plan shoe-wear accordingly.

Post Ceremony Aperitivo

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join everyone on the terrace post-ceremony to indulge on a selection of fresh apertivos and sip on Prosecco and local beer.

Tuscan Sunset Wedding Dinner

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Sit down for a four-course family style Italian feast prepared fresh by the Castello Chef using locally sourced seasonal ingredients, while we enjoy the Tuscan sun setting over the hills. Once the wine is flowing the party and dancing will really begin, with live music on the lawn.

The Rave Cave

But the night does not end there - join us for drinks and dancing in the Castello's DUNGEON TURNED DISCO aka "The Rave Cave". Enjoy a four-hour open bar while we all celebrate together into the night!

Foraging and Farm Tour/Free Morning

11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Enjoy an optional Ristonchi Foraging and Farm tour (sign up at Reception), where you are guided around the property and farm to see the olive groves, beehives, hemp fields and garden. After this you will have an opportunity to taste all of the products grown on site. If this isn't for you, there are also plenty of things to do in the area if you would like to explore (see Things to Do page), or simply relax by the pool and soak up some sun.

Pasta Making Class and Lunch

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Taking full advantage of the incredibly talented chefs at Ristonchi and the fresh local produce, we thought it could be fun to learn how to make fresh pasta together and drink wine on the terrace. Pasta and a variety buffet will be served.

Pool Party anyone?

2:30 pm - 6:30 pm

This afternoon is yours to do as you please, whether you want to go exploring, or take part in some extra local activities. But with the pressure of the wedding being over we will be by the pool hosting a pool party. There will be water volleyball, music, sun (hopefully!), and delicious cocktails on hand for those of you that need that hair of the dog!

BBQ Dinner

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

For our last night together we will be having a good old fashioned BBQ! So get ready to enjoy some amazing cocktails and watch the sun go down over the tuscan hills for the last time, while we munch down on some locally sourced burgers & Italian sausages!
