Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport

There are regular direct flights between Bozeman and San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, LA, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. The airport is approximately 15 minutes from most of our recommended hotels, and most hotels provide free airport shuttle service. Helena Regional Airport (90 minutes), Billings Airport (2.5 hours), Missoula Airport (3 hours), and Jackson Hole Airport (4 hours) are also driving distance. Missoula and Jackson are beautiful mountain towns, and worth checking out if you have some extra time.

Local Transportation

You do not need to rent a car for the weekend. We will provide transportation to Saturday's ceremony and there are Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis available in Bozeman (note: availability is extremely limited in Livingston, and can be spotty in Bozeman). However, if you would like to drive to Yellowstone or the many nearby outdoor activities, most of the major car rental agencies operate out of the Bozeman airport. Enterprise also has an office closer to town. There are also three local options that often don't show up on searches: Journey Rent-A-Car, Explore Rentals, and Rent-A-Toyota. Make sure to check for AAA/company/teacher/etc discounts! Believe it or not, some people have also had luck renting vans and pickup trucks from the local Uhaul. Seriously. If you are planning on renting a car, do so ASAP! July is the most popular month for tourists to visit the area, and apparently there is a nationwide car rental shortage, and inventory is limited.

The LARK

A trendy little hotel located right on Main Street in the heart of Bozeman. The discounted room block rate is $239 plus tax for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (with very limited availability for Thursday and Saturday nights). The room block expires on June 16, 2021. Please call the hotel at the phone # above and tell them you're booking under the Ghosh/Pryor Wedding Block to get the group discounted rate.

Kimpton Armory Hotel

This is a brand new hotel that opened in the middle of downtown Bozeman last year. It's in a repurposed old Art Deco building, with a basement whiskey bar and a rooftop pool. There's no official room block, but you can book on the main website.

Sage Lodge

Sage Lodge is the venue for our ceremony and reception - it is a beautiful hotel 45 minutes outside Bozeman. It is a great option for any guests who want to stay on-site Saturday night and keep the party going after the reception officially ends at midnight (this is where the two of us will be staying that night), and also perfect for anyone heading to Yellowstone on Sunday - the lodge is just 30 minutes from the park. There will be transport provided from Bozeman to the hotel on Saturday (early enough to check-in and get ready before the ceremony), and back to Bozeman on Sunday. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bozeman, MT

We have a room block at Country Inn & Suites, a 5- 10 minute drive from the center of town, from July 15-18. Double queens are $259 plus tax, and must be booked directly by calling the hotel. The block expires on June 15, 2021.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Livingston Yellowstone

This brand new hotel is closer to the venue (~30 minutes from Bozeman), and a great option for easier access to hikes and Yellowstone than Bozeman. We have a limited number of Double Queen rooms available for $179 plus tax per night, from Thursday, July 15th until Sunday, July 18th. We have limited Double Queen and King rooms available at a refundable rate of $189 plus tax for Friday and Saturday nights only. However, we've found that some online rates for this hotel are cheaper than the wedding block discount rate we were given.
