What is the local reception?
Answer
Due to capacities at the resort, we are having a reception following our honeymoon in Flowery Branch, GA to celebrate with those we could not invite or could not attend. This will be a casual dinner & cocktail hour where you can stop by & celebrate with us! We look forward to seeing you there.

When can I book my room?
Answer
You can book now! The earlier the better, but please book by December 31st, 2021. To book a room, you will put down a $50/person deposit or $100 if one person to a room. Final payment is due April 2022. Payment plans are available.

Do I have to book my room through the room block?
Answer
Yes please! You must book through our room block to be included in all the wedding festivities. Please do not book a room through a third party website. We have secured the cheapest rates, and when you book through destinationweddings.com it includes all taxes, fees, and transportation to and from the Cancun airport. If you have any special requests please contact our TA directly. Our room block is very flexible, and Susie is great and will be able to make your vacation perfect! All of the pricing and booking information can be found in the e-mail sent to you.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
This is your vacation too, and if you would like to bring your kids, you can! However there are a few things to know: The resort is half adults only & half family friendly. This means some pools & restaurants only allow adults 18+ to enter. There is a kids club at the resort. If you are interested in bringing the kiddos, please email our travel agent about booking a kid friendly room in our block.

We will be monitoring the situation closely and will be updating this website closer to the date with any restrictions/requirements. If we have learned anything this year, life is short - go to Mexico! With that being said, purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. Deposits are non-refundable without the purchase of insurance. All monies paid are considered non-refundable without the purchase of insurance. If cancelling more than 65 days in advance of travel, you will receive a cash refund. If within 65 days of travel, you will receive a future travel credit.

What if I know I cannot make it?

With this being a destination wedding, we are conscious of the financial and logistical barriers that come with traveling. We completely understand if you are not able to come, and we will miss you! HOWEVER, we invite you to attend our local reception on June 25, 2022. See the tab for details.
