Hiking

The wedding is in what is considered the 'Northeast Kingdom' of Vermont - so we encourage you to get outside and enjoy all that VT has to offer! Willougbhy Lake offers some great hikes and is only about 15 minutes from the wedding site!

Breweries

Vermont is known for its craft beer! If you are going to be around for a few days then check some out!

Just right down the road from the wedding, check out Northwoods Stewardship Center for canoeing, conservation in the NEK info, and hiking recommendations!

About 30 minutes from the wedding check out some mountain biking! Bike rentals are available in the town!

Quebec is only about 20 minutes away so if you want to say you've "been to Canada" and try some of their poutine than bring your passport along!

Franconia Notch

If you are flying into Boston a day or so in advance, you'll pass by this state park in NH on the drive up to Charleston - beautiful hiking if you need to stop and stretch your legs!
