The resort will not be available for check in until Wednesday, Sept 9. If you are arriving early please make a reservation in Florence. Check in to the castle is at 2 pm on Sept 10. Everyone will be assigned a room of the castle or on property during their entire stay. The castle has a main building and an auxillary building a 1-2 minute walk away from the main building. We will assign each party based on size. You may also mail a check to us using the return address on your wedding invitation envelope. We are SO EXCITED to host you and for us all to have an amazing time!

Our welcome party would be incomplete without everyone's favorite Italian meal - pizza. Join us the night before the wedding for a poolside pizza party at our venue, followed by drinks and fun!

On the day of our wedding, you have the opportunity to explore the venue or local towns at your leisure. If you are interested in a programmed group activity, such as a wine and olive oil tasting, please indicate WILL ATTEND below.

This event will be held outdoors, weather-permitting. The ceremony will take place on the grounds at 5:30pm. There will be a 2-hour cocktail celebration following our cermony. Dinner will be served at 8pm followed by a full night of dancing. Dinner will follow the classic Italian playbook, starting with an aperitif during cocktail hour and moving into a proper multi-course meal: pasta first, meat second, and dessert finished with a traditional Italian wedding cake. The menu is seasonal and will be updated closer to the wedding date, but expect generous food and good wine! Share your dietary preferences so we can make sure everyone gets to enjoy the meal. After dinner, the outdoor dance floor will be open until midnight, but don't worry - the castle has an indoor party space open until 4am. Sleep is for the weak!

Shuttles back to the Florence Train Station will be provided at check out at 11am. By RSVPing yes to this question, you are indicating you need a shuttle back to the city. Alternatively if your journey is headed in a different direction, we invite you to use local rail or personal taxi options. Please view our travel page for more information on how to enjoy traveling tuscany yourself! We met and fell in love with each other and europe, taking local rail throughout the countryside to and from our campus north of Venice. As part of your RSVP, please send $150 per person in your party to the venmo @templinwedding. This covers a deposit for one night of your stay, the rest is on us! You may also mail a check to us using the return address on your wedding invitation envelope. Please type your email and we will provide you a receipt and a copy of these details and a receipt once we receive your deposit.
