I would try here first! There are quite a few airbnb locales in Nashville that are quite close to downtown, if not in downtown. You really cannot go wrong with location, however, my favorite neighborhoods are East End, Lockeland Springs, Five Points, Sylvan Park, The Gulch, Music Row, Edgehill, and Germantown. If it helps, the venue will be just on the east side of downtown. You can walk from the pedestrian bridge straight into the building.
