Question
Is Rutger's Nursery different from Rutger's Gardens?
Answer
Yes. Rutgers Gardens is located at 112 Ryders Ln, North Brunswick NJ and our reception is not here. You will be coming to Ringoes, NJ - Rutger's Nursery is located right off Route 202. Please make sure your GPS does not take you to North Brunswick!!! Note - There are GIANT yellow lawn chairs in front of the entrance, so you'll know you came to the right place when you see these!

What is the attire for the reception?
Answer
Our reception will be held at an outdoor location with gravel and brick walkways. There is an indoor flat ground building. Please wear comfortable shoes! We want our guests to be comfortable, happy and still able to have fun! Layers may come in handy in the evening after the sun sets and temperatures cool down.

What will happen if it rains?

Our planner/coordinator, Kelly, has special arrangements made in the event of inclement weather.

We're coming in a few days early. What are some things we can do?

We've listed a few things on this site under the "things to do" tab, but we've also put together a google doc that includes all things Stockton/Hunterdon County. Just ask Brianna to share it with you, if you're interested!

Where can we stay?
Answer
We didn't book a hotel block for the simple reason that most of our guests live local and will be sleeping at their homes. We can help you with any accommodations, including Air B&B's and hotels nearby. Just let us know if you'll need to make travel accommodations and we got you! *Update: As of 7/29/19 there are several really cute guest houses/cottages on Air B&B. These are quite common in our area, as many homeowners have guest houses on their property and decide to rent them out. Air B&B's usually run around the same price, if not a little cheaper than your typical hotel room - and you get to really experience the "local" feel! Brianna would love to help you find the perfect Air B&B! Just ask if you need help!
