The town has a noise ordinance past 10:30pm for playing music outside, so we'll just shift indoors and continue on
9:00 am - 11:30 am
Please wear something that's yellow or white, that you don't mind getting dirty/stained!
There will be water balloons, turmeric, and holi powder, so be prepared to get colorful!
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
This will be on the beach and include dancing (as all events seem to at Indian weddings) so expect to get a bit sandy
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
The Baraat will lead to the Nitchayadartam, so you will not need an outfit change. This is the formal Indian engagement ceremony.
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
colorful, something you can dance in, your opportunity to be blinged out if you would like
We'll have a bunch of activities that are very south Indian, ranging from parrot readings, to Indian street foods and more.
7:00 am
You're welcome to wear Indian clothes or American clothes. It will be on the beach, so plan for footwear accordingly.
There's breakfast available prior to the wedding ceremony starting. There will also be a traditional South Indian lunch starting at 10am.
