House Or Rental
Brighton Lodge is an old school lodge, it is ridiculously affordable and has all the basics from single rooms to family suites. There is a pool, it's at the base of Brighton with amazing views, hiking, biking and near where we are having the festivities and our rental. They do not offer a website, but you can reach out to the manager Monika Dietrich (801-532-4731 x120) to discuss rentals or email Monika at mdietz@brightonresort.com
Travel Note
The majority of the festivities will be atop Big Cottonwood Canyon(BCC) so we recommend staying in the Brighton Resort vicinity. However, for those coming in from out of town, Salt Lake City is about 30 minutes away with lodging options. Our house, in Holladay, will also be available if you're on a tight budget. Options at Brighton (links included under the lodging specific tab): 1) Stay in the Wasatch Lodge where the social events will be centered. Think hostel with an open floor plan. 2) Stay at the Brighton Resort. We found the rooms to resemble a college dorm room but are affordable and close to all the action. 3) There are many great mountain homes for rent. Have a look at the links provided or try the old standbys, VRBO and AIRBNB. Partner up with friends and feel like a high roller for the weekend. 4) Camping is an option but Forest Service rules apply. General rule is 0.25 miles from the road or take your chances but you're not with us if you get cross wise with the law.

These "cabins" are all within walking distance of the Wasatch Mountain Club Lodge and are not featured on VRBO or AIRBNB.
