Today! No seriously, we need to provide the venue a final headcount by September 10. So please let us know whether you are coming or not by then. The RSVP feature of the site will be available until that date and you can always come back to adjust your submission if your plans change or would prefer to attend virtually due to COVID-19.
Absolutely! Again COVID-19 is making us rethink how we safely have all our favorite people present for our special day. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. So if you are unable to attend in person due to medical reasons or your own comfort level, please RSVP to "Attend Our Ceremony Virtually" on the RSVP form. Prior to the wedding, you will receive an email with instructions on how to attend virtually.
Keith and I are pretty laid back so this isn't a black-tie formal affair, but it is our wedding! So here is some guidance we recommend that will have you looking your best and feeling comfortable for our brunch daytime wedding. Ladies: For the daytime wedding, think dressy or semi-formal attire. Ladies, this is the time to wear a nice colorful dress or jumpsuit. Wear pumps or dressy flats. Since the ceremony is outside in a garden next to a beach you may want to bring a shawl, sweater, jacket, or wrap to keep your shoulders warm. Gentlemen: You may wear a suit with a bright tie and perhaps a color-coordinated shirt that matches or complements your jacket. A nice pair of trousers and a sport coat is fine as well. Put your best foot forward, figuratively and literally. Psst, don't forget the shoes. Make sure you wear dress shoes that are polished and shined. No sneakers, please. After the reception, there is an afterparty. There you can dress more casually. Sneakers allowed! :)
Absolutely! We don't want you to go into anaphylactic shock. Please list your dietary restrictions and food allergies when you RSVP. At the very end of the form, it will ask you "do you have any dietary restrictions?". Once we have this information, we can notify the venue and they'll create a custom meal for you on the day.
Yes! There is a huge parking lot directly across from the reception venue. If you plan on drinking during the reception we recommend designating a sober driver, using Uber or Lyft, or catching a ride on the bus we will be providing ( more details to come on this).
Yes! Keith's parents will be hosting a welcome event the evening before the wedding. Keith and I will be hosting post-brunch activities ( aka the after party) after the reception. More details about both events can be found under the "itinerary" tab of the website.
Yes! We will have a shuttle bus available the day of the wedding. The bus will pick up guests from the Crowne Plaza Annapolis entrance at 9:15 AM. The bus will drop guests off at the front of the ceremony venue. At the end of the reception (3 PM) the bus will shuttle guests from the venue back to the hotel.
You know it! Check out our wedding registry by visiting the "Registry" tab of the website.
