Located about an hour away from Phitsanulok, this "temple on a glass cliff" is a stunning architectural feat. The temple features panoramic views of the Khao Kho mountain range, as well as buildings with beautiful mosaic designs.
One of our favorite places in Thailand, Chiang Mai is a beautiful city in the north of the country. You can travel from Phitsanulok to Chiang Mai via train or bus. This charming city has great nightlife, restaurants, hiking, temples, and more. Our favorite attractions in Chiang Mai 🌼 Doi Suthep Temple 🌼 Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden 🌼 Nimmanhaemin Road
If you’ll be traveling in the South, try to fit Ko Tao into your itinerary. While a bit difficult to get to, this island has amazing snorkeling/ scuba diving, hiking, and restaurants, and just a generally hip yet laid-back vibe.
You either love it or you hate it! Bangkok is Thailand capital city and it’s a WILD place. Everything is at your fingertips in this city (that is, if you’re not stuck in traffic for several hours). Here are some of our favorite things to do: 🌸 Wat Arun 🌸 Yaowarat 🌸 Banthat thong road night market 🌸 Siam Square 🌸 Grand Palace 🌸 Wat Pho 🌸 Bangkok Art and Culture Centre Also check out some fancy rooftops bars, the floating market, and maybe even a muay Thai fight!
