This will be a hosted, optional, event for those who are interested in saying hi to the newlyweds to-be before the wedding. Though it is a relaxed event for people to come and go, if you know for sure that you will be dropping in then please RSVP so we have a good estimate!

There will be no additional parking, so please be sure to utilize the public transportation that Vail offers- see the transportation page for more details. The ceremony site is not accessible by car, so please be prepared for a half mile walk to the ceremony site. Please indicate if you have a disabling condition that would keep you from being able to walk this distance and we will arrange for you to be taken to the ceremony site via golf cart. Due to the uniqueness of the parking and transportation situation, please plan on being at the ceremony at least a half hour early. We will begin exactly at 3pm and those who are running behind will not be able to attend or disturb our ceremony.

There will be a few light bites and drinks available!
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner and dancing to celebrate finally being married!

This will not be a hosted or formal event, however we will be hanging out at a to-be-decided area for those who would like to stop in and bid farewell!
