Both the ceremony and reception will take place on family property in Lake Linden, Michigan. The ceremony will be held along the Lake Superior shoreline, followed by the reception nearby on the property.
Yes! Both our ceremony and reception are planned to be outdoors. The reception area will be tented, but we recommend checking the weather beforehand and dressing accordingly. Lake Superior weather can be unpredictable. Even if the forecast looks warm, temperatures near the lake can feel significantly cooler, especially in the evening. We recommend bringing a sweater, jacket, or other layer just in case.
Transportation will not be provided, so please plan your transportation to and from the wedding in advance. Uber and Lyft are unavailable in the area, so please don’t count on this as your way back to where you're staying.
